Once payment are made, stocks will be sending out to customer on the same day or next day. If you buy ready stocks and pre-order stocks, then all together will be sending out when the pre-order stocks are ready. Unless you pay twice for the postage, then ready stocks will be post out immediately. Please take note that we have ONLY 1 PIECE for each color of each code, so first come first serve.
Please note that all items are PRE-ORDER, you need to pay the FULL PAYMENT upon ordering !!
NOTE:
1. The actual colors of the clothes compare with the colors you have seen through computer screen may have slightly difference.
2. The measurements may have difference of 2cm because of different way to measure.
3. Clothes are returnable under the following circumstances:-
- Damage (ex: hole);
- Major dirt, cannot be wash out; and
- Color different as what customer order.
4. Clothes are not returnable under the following circumstances:-
- Size not suitable (please read the measurement properly before you make order);
- Color slightly different between the actual product and the color you saw in the picture;
- Quality not satisfy as customer expected on their own;
- Customer dislike based on their own perception; and
- Color drop after wash.

3. Invoice will be send to your email to confirm your order

5. Your purchase will be deliver to you within 2-4 weeks after the closing of the batch (unless there is Taiwan or Malaysia public holidays, then delivery of clothes may be delay accordingly), depends on the availability of the stocks.

11-15 pieces ~ 3% discount
Bags:
3-5 items ~ 2% discount
6-7 items ~ 3% discount
8 items and above ~ 4% discount

- For customers who have accumulated purchases of more than RM500, you will be automatically upgraded to be VIP member of The Crystal Palace.
- Therafter, the following discount rate is applicable to ALL items:

11-15 items : 6% discount

* Delivery by hand is available for customers in Penang, Bukit Mertajam only. However, customers should be able to meet me up at ALMA.
Bust : Circle from center of nipples
Waist : Circle at the smallest point of the waist
Hip : Circle with tape against the fullest point of hip
Shoulder : Measure from shoulder to shoulder
Thigh : Circle around the upper part of leg
Sleeve : With arm slightly bent, measure from armpit to cuff
Under Arm (Biceps) : Circle the Bisceps, the upper arm
